We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, our Return & Refund Policy makes it simple and transparent for you.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us via your order details page.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in new, unused condition.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- ⚠️ Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not returned in original packaging may be refused or refunded partially.
3. Free Returns
- For customers in the United States, we offer up to 5 free returns per month for the reason “No longer needed”.
- Your first return of each order is free of charge.
- Return shipping is prepaid and provided through a local warehouse when applicable.
4. Paid Returns
- Starting from the 6th return in the same month, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or damaged).
- For items not covered by the “Free Return” program, the buyer must arrange and pay for the return shipping.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, you are eligible for a free return or full refund.
- Please contact us within the order protection period and provide photos/videos as proof.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- In some cases, a partial refund without return may be offered.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–14 business days (depending on your bank).
7. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products not due to our fault.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital products and software once activated or downloaded.
8. How to Start a Return
- Go to your order details and select Return/Refund.
- Choose the reason and upload proof (if required).
- Select your return method and confirm.
- You’ll receive a prepaid return label (if eligible) or instructions for self-return.
