We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, our Return & Refund Policy makes it simple and transparent for you.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us via your order details page.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
  2. Be in new, unused condition.
  3. Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  4. Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  5. ⚠️ Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not returned in original packaging may be refused or refunded partially.

3. Free Returns

  1. For customers in the United States, we offer up to 5 free returns per month for the reason “No longer needed”.
  2. Your first return of each order is free of charge.
  3. Return shipping is prepaid and provided through a local warehouse when applicable.

4. Paid Returns

  1. Starting from the 6th return in the same month, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or damaged).
  2. For items not covered by the “Free Return” program, the buyer must arrange and pay for the return shipping.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items

  1. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, you are eligible for a free return or full refund.
  2. Please contact us within the order protection period and provide photos/videos as proof.

6. Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  2. In some cases, a partial refund without return may be offered.
  3. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–14 business days (depending on your bank).

7. Non-Returnable Items

  1. The following items cannot be returned:
  2. Used or damaged products not due to our fault.
  3. Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.).
  4. Customized or personalized products.
  5. Digital products and software once activated or downloaded.

8. How to Start a Return

  1. Go to your order details and select Return/Refund.
  2. Choose the reason and upload proof (if required).
  3. Select your return method and confirm.
  4. You’ll receive a prepaid return label (if eligible) or instructions for self-return.
